Former staff member Rita Mehta passed away from a sudden heart attack, early morning on May 19, 2018.
She was passionate about her subject and dedicated towards her students. She loved travelling too. She combined both her loves- French and travel-- by instituting exchange programmes. She taught at French various schools from 1969 to 2009. She retired when she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s.
She is survived by her daughters Jeannie ‘96 and Feroza ‘95.
