I wish to notify KIS and the class of 1945 that Richard Updegraff M.D, died in Duluth MN on August 23, 1203. His wife Virginia died five month earlier in March 1203. He is survived by 4 daughters, Ruth, Karen, Gwen, and Nancy and son David.
We receive word on Sunday 27th October, 2013 about the sudden death of Glenn Baby Georgey who graduated from KIS last May 2013. He was a student at Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology in Trivandrum, Kerala.
Alice Mundhenk died at home on May 25, 2013. Alice's parents, Rev. Herman Tegenfeldt and Ruth Pearson, of Pearson Pt. worked in northern Burma (Myanmar). Alice was born in Kodaikanal, India, on May 31, 1945. Her twin, Nancy, died there about a month later. After studying at Bethel College in St. Paul, Minn., Alice worked as a linguist in Vietnam. She married Norman Mundhenk in Saigon in April 1972.
