DELAND, FLA.-Gerhard "Jerry" Volker Tauscher of Deland, Fla., passed away on Aug. 15, 2013. He was born on Nov. 5, 1939 to Rudolf and Marlene Tauscher who were German Lutheran missionaries in Jeiypore, India.

Robert Bruce Cummings, 78, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away on September 23, 2013.
He was born December 8, 1934 in Moulmein, Burma to Baptist missionaries, Hazel June and Wm. H. Cummings Sr. Bruce was also grandson and great-grandson of Baptist missionaries to Burma.
